Straight answers before you send a request
- How does the availability request work?
- You complete one short form with your date, location, and which disciplines you need—wedding photography, videography, content creation, or a mix. FedWed shares that summary privately with members who fit. Anyone available can respond; we email you a calm shortlist of profile links (or a single note if no one can help this time).
- Do I need to contact each photographer or filmmaker separately?
- Not through this flow. Members do not get your email from the request. If you want to follow up, you choose who to contact after reading their public profiles at your own pace.
- Can I ask for photography, videography, or content creation together?
- Yes. Select every service you need on the form. We match your request to members who offer those services—so you are not juggling three different directories or three separate enquiry forms.
- Will my email address be shown publicly?
- No. Your email stays with FedWed for confirmations and your results message. Members only see the summary posted to our private referrals board—enough to gauge fit, not your inbox.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- You get a confirmation email straight away. The follow-up with profile links (or a no-match note) is usually within about 24 hours after you submit—see the form section for the exact promise we use on the day.

How we treat your details
A straight explanation — so you know exactly what happens after you click send.
- You won't be added to a mailing list. This isn't a signup for marketing emails or FedWed newsletters.
- Your contact details are not shared with FedWed members. Your email stays with us. Members only see the summary that appears on our private referrals board — what they need to decide if they can help — not your inbox or full intake.
- We'll only email you twice for this request. First: a confirmation that we've received it. Second: either FedWed profile links for members who've responded, or — if no one can help — one short message to say so. Still no mailing list, no follow-up campaigns.
- No individual creative will contact you directly through this flow. You browse profiles you're interested in and reach out yourself if and when you're ready — always on your terms.
